Collections and Recovery Officer

Ability is looking for a target-oriented and customer-focused Collections and Recovery Officer to join its team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer payment follow-ups, recovering outstanding amounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely collections. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills, along with the ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally. The candidate will maintain accurate records of collection activities, monitor customer commitments, achieve daily and monthly collection targets, and escalate high-risk or unresolved accounts to the supervisor. Candidates with experience in collections, recovery, telesales, or customer service will be preferred. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
