Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Senior Finance Leader

A food and restaurant company operating multiple shops/outlets in Kuwait is urgently seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Senior Finance Leader to oversee its financial management and business controls.

The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in the food, restaurant, or multi-outlet business sector, with a proven track record in senior-level financial leadership. The role requires strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, financial reporting, business controls, and managing finances across multiple outlets.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the food, restaurant, or multi-outlet business.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, reporting, and business controls.
• Experience managing financial operations for multiple shops/outlets.
• GCC experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Candidates must have relevant experience in the same or closely related industry.
• Strong leadership, financial analysis, and decision-making skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: USD 1,500 per month
• Housing Allowance: USD 300 per month
• Transportation Allowance: USD 200 per month
• Total Starting Package: USD 2,000 per month
