Scrum Master

A dynamic and growing organization is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach cross-functional teams, and ensure projects remain on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach cross-functional teams to improve Agile maturity and delivery practices.
• Manage and maintain product backlogs and sprint boards using Jira.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting team delivery.
• Resolve conflicts and promote effective collaboration across Product, Development, and Support teams.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement across Agile teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working across Product, Development, and Support teams.
• Willingness and availability to work UK shift timings.
• Ability to work onsite in Gulberg, Lahore.
• Relevant certifications such as CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM, or PMP will be an advantage.
