Cosmic Sparks is looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join its growing team and work on real-world Business Intelligence and Data Analytics projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modelling, with the ability to transform complex business data into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Build efficient and scalable data models and relationships.
Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations.
Perform data transformation and ETL using Power Query.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
Optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models for performance.
Ensure dashboards are visually professional, user-friendly, and business-focused.
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Maintain and improve existing BI solutions and reporting workflows.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
Good command of DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
Solid understanding of data modelling, relationships, and BI architecture.
Ability to develop clean, professional, and interactive dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of business intelligence and data visualization principles.
Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Excel and Python.
Familiarity with other BI and visualization tools.
Experience working with APIs and cloud databases.
Experience developing dashboards for business operations.
Power BI certification such as Microsoft PL-300 will be an advantage.
